Incline barbell press 5 sets of 12-15 raps



Decline barbell press : 5 sets of 12-15 raps


 

Incline dumbbell fly : 4 sets of 15-20 raps




Pec deck fly : 4 sets to failure



Machine bench press : 5 sets of 12 raps





Incline machine press : 5 sets of 15 - 20 reps
