What is bhastrika pranayama?
Bhastrika Pranayama is made up of a combination of Sanskrit words. The first word is Bhastrika, which means Dhoni. The method of Bhastrika Pranayama-
● First of all, you sit in Padmasana. If you are not able to sit in Padmasana, then sit in a relaxed state, but keep in mind, and your body, neck, and head are straight.

Precautions of Bhastrika Pranayama:
● Those who have high blood pressure the problem should not do Bhastrika pranayama.
